Omega Aircraft Hangars are robust, cost effective and available in 3-4 weeks.  We have experience in the demands required by actively operating in the aviation industry.

The Omega Aircraft Hangar Series A and Series B Range is designed to BS5950 part 5 and BS6399, providing end customers with a structure that is built to last and totally fit for purpose.

Our Aircraft Hangars have a main frame manufactured from cold Rolled sections.  Cold rolled is one of the major advancements in the steel construction industry over the last 5-7 years.  The advancements have been made in material yield strength improvements, manufacturing flexibility and manufacturing speed.  All meaning that cold rolled sections have a better strength to weight ratio, compared to Hot Rolled sections.  Manufacturing is automated resulting in heavily reduced labour intensive production processes and increased speed of manufacture.  Cold rolled sections commonly used in the Omega frame can be produced at 60 metres per minute.

The Omega Aircraft Hangar Range frames are produced from pre galvanized material with a coating of G275.

The brackets used to connect the frame components are also produced using pre Galv material.  These brackets are laser cut, again resulting in cost effective speedy supply.

All main frame components and cladding support systems are bolted together using structural grade 8.8 bolts.

The Omega Aircraft Hangar Range has a wide verity of cladding systems available in a selection of colours.  Omega is able to offer single skin solutions for pure storage hangars, composite panels for those that want a little more for the Airplane hangar.
